As a seasoned professional with over 30 years in the restaurant industry, I can confidently say—Bravo! This restaurant is a hidden gem that delivers outstanding value and authentic French cuisine. The fine dining experience here is both refined and affordable, offering a menu that delights the palate without breaking the bank. I’m already looking forward to returning. From the start, the fresh, house-baked bread (baguette, sourdough) was outstanding—and complimentary! The house-made cream cheese was delicate, exquisite, and also generously included. The escargot were expertly prepared and delicious. But the star for me was the eggplant (aubergine) rolls—truly next level! Mouthwatering, flavorful, and, dare I say, “smack-your-mama” good. Even the house Syrah was pleasantly surprising—smooth and very enjoyable. Service was prompt, warm, and engaging. A big thank-you to Thad and Gerald for their hospitality and infectious positive energy. You both made our evening extra special. Overall, the culinary experience was indulgent, memorable, and deeply satisfying. We will absolutely be back!

A hidden gem located at the top of Subic Bay. This place is perfect for when you suddenly crave for French dishes ???????? A must try is their escargots!

I just finished dinner here with friends. The food was soo tasty. I couldn’t get enough of hot fresh bread, and the carbonara with guanciale was outstanding. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. This places deserves it’s high rating.

My fiancé and I found this place through Google reviews; this is definitely a hidden gem! The French inspired food was amazing and also priced very reasonably for this Colliver of cuisine. Both Thad and Gerald were engaging, hospitable and proud to walk us through their restaurant and their menu. The amazing fresh bait bread that was served complementary with the housemaid cream cheese was sublime. Our Escargot were scrumptious with copious amounts of garlic. The aubergine rolls were simply to die-for with a delicate marinara sauce loaded with garden-fresh basil that I wish I could make at home. The beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly medium rare and melted in our mouth. The ratatouille was fresh, delicious and simply addictive. It is amazing to find this level of cuisine at these reasonable prices. We will be back!

Flavor - 10/10 “Perfect… the seasoning and techniques for flavor profiles of the pasta to the chorizos and pickled vegetables were exquisite.” Texture - 10/10 “Chorizo and sausage were soft and juicy to chewy but easy to eat, the bread was a highlight for texture… soft inside, crispy outside” Presentation - 10/10 “Nothing fine dining, but for its price level there is clearly love put in the assembly of your meal.” 30/30 14/15 ⭐ TOTAL - 97.5%. Bravo! FR. Rix - “It was like stumbling upon treasure” Bada - “As an outsider of the local residences, eating here made me feel the warmth of being part of a local community.”

We unfortunately dined the day after they had a large celebration so not all dishes were available. That being said, the food we did eventually order was of a very good quality and reasonably priced. I don't often get the opportunity of a mixed cheese & cold cuts platter in the Philippines so took the opportunity and was not disappointed. A decent stock of wine also helped. Attentive and helpful staff also. Overall, a pleasant experience.

We enjoyed this little gem of a place during our last night in Subic! The pappardelle pasta and cheese platter were absolutely amazing. Our servers and the restaurant owners were attentive and conversational and provided us an amazing and comfortable experience. We would definitely come back again! We would like to suggest adding option to pay with Credit Card so more International guests would have options to come
